Stayed here during our weekend, it was a really great experience. All of the staff was pleasant and attentive. The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Moscone Center. There was a good bar on site.

I really enjoyed its staff and location, nice building. Pleasant personnel was with a staff member that was n't overly helpful or sympathetic. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and an individual safe, pay television and a seating area in the room.

The property was good standard, the staff was hard-working, everything else was nice too. The location of the hotel was central. Moreover, it was right by several wonderful cafes to spend an afternoon in nearby, the downtown core. The service was great, I had 4 sunny nights here.

Staff was such wonderful, the continental breakfast was complimentary! The bed was very comfortable, the room was fairly clean and brand new. The bathroom was quite large here, I liked it. A market and a shopping mall were right next door. Having different hot drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.
Wi-fi was slow, ugly views.

the hotel was perfectly fine, the room was nice size and luxury, had essentials for a very special stay. the outstanding staff was the best thing, were happy to help. pretty spacious suite and really comfy bed. the breakfast was good hot, they make variety of meals. there was a fabulous restaurant, stores and a market next door. early check-in, late check-out.

Magnificent views, conveniently situated. It is set in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like John's Grill that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
